Maintain genital hygiene properly. It has failure rate less than 0.5% per year. However, I suggest you to undergo one home pregnancy test or blood test for beta-hCG to rule out pregnancy or early miscarriage if you are sexually active. On negative test, one pelvic ultrasound scan and complete hormone profile should be done to rule out pelvic pathology like polyp, PCOD, uterine fibroid, adenomyosis etc. Kindly, consult with your gynecologist for clinical examination and above mentioned tests.
