The risk of transmission of STD/HIV through oral sex is low. Tingling sensation over penis is a common presentation in two conditions: 1. Trichomonas Vaginalis infestation - Uncommon with oral sex. 2. Prodromal symptoms of HSV 2 (Genital Herpes)
But I think that your feeling of tingling might be due to the fear and aversion towards STD as you rightly pointed out. Anyhow an examination and if necessary with some investigations, a doctor canl either confirm or rule out the possibility of STD. Dr S.Murugan
