What Causes Penile Pains During Ejaculation?
I have had a hypospadius as a child. I feel like my penis has a fever. Its hot & red & feels like it s blocked. I don t know if it s an std or if it s blockage of some sort. It is horrible. My doctor thinks Im a hypocondriac but I have never had chills, felt weird in the pelvis after walking up stairs. Pain during ejaculation. Please advise

dear friend you need not worry about your condition which can be treated easily by surgery. The pain that you are experiencing is only due to post ejaculation which might cause a bit injury to the penile urethra if you have had vigorous sex or masturbation .sometmes it might be due to some infective etiology that might be affecting your penile urethra ,get a urine test done to rule out infective etiology .consult a urologist who can correct your hypospadiasis . hope this piece of information might be helpful to you.

I understand your concern.
Pain during ejaculation and other complaints what you are having could be due to block in the urethra because of strictures.
You need to get assessed by cystoscope to look for are there any blocks due to structures and thennget it corrected for free passage of the ejaculate.
Kindly consult Urologist and get yourself clinically examined and followed by the procedure to know the cause and its treatment.
