What Causes Pelvic Pain?
Hello- I woke up the other night with horrible pelvic pains that felt like I was in labor. This happened twice in two hours and each one lasted about 15 minutes long. I have two children and know what labor pains feel like. I don t have IBS or any other stomach issues.I discussed this with my OBGYN and he didn t know what was going on.

Pain like labour pains can also occur in ureteric stones. Since you are not pregnant possibility of stones is likely. I would advise ultrasound of abdomen which will confirm diagnosis.if it's abnormal u can take visit to urologist.
