What Causes Pelvic Pain, Weight Loss, Fatigue, Hematuria And Painful Intercourse During Menopause?

I am in menopause, have pelvic pain, 20lb weight loss in last 6-8 mos. extreme fatigue, heavy clear discharge occasionally, a small drop of blood when urinating about 6 months ago. extremely painful intercourse, currently unable to have intercourse at all even with KY or similar product. Loss of appetite, extreme fatigue not relieved with rest. Gas, bloating, nausea, constipation. I also suffer with Fibromyalgia so some of these symptoms I already deal with, but not sure if the rest is simply due to menopause. The pelvic, deep bone ache is fairly new.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking. I understand your concern.
Your symptoms demand a detailed pelvic examination for infection, abnormal growths or pelvic floor muscle tightness.... to find out basic cause, followed by needful investigations(like CBC, Urine tests, serum calcium & vitamin D,deep vaginal swab routine & culture test/ USG or other imaging tests/ Laparoscopy )- as per need, to be followed by specific treatment.
Please consult your gynecologist.
Thanks
