I understand your concern and will do everything I can to answer your question.

What it sounds like you are describing is a condition called pelvic symphysis separation. The click you mention is a notorious sign of this problem. Good news: it almost always gets better as soon as the baby's hormones are out of your system. They release a hormone called relaxin that relaxes the cartilage that holds your pelvic bones together, lets them stretch and separate. More good news: that stretching and separation gives the baby more room during birth. Bad news: there is very little we can do for it. I love my physical therapists and chiropractors and they have stretches they can offer for women with pelvic symphysis separation. An abdominal binder or pelvic girdle can help stabilize the bones of the pelvis. Rarely I have had women needing a walker or wheelchair temporarily. It does tend to get worse with each child and is a lot more common with baby number 2 or 3 or 4. A TENS unit or pain medication can also help. It almost always completely resolves after the baby is born and has no risks to the baby. The best online discussion I could find is http://www.birthsource.com/scripts/article.asp?articleid=189

I am not sure about the vomiting: has a stomach bug been going around? Plenty of fluids, maybe pedialyte or Gatorade can help prevent dehydration but usually it is blamed on a stomach bug that resolves after a few days.

Hope that helps and good luck with the rest of the pregnancy.
