What Causes Pelvic Pain And Back Pain During Pregnancy?

I am 38 years old, 155cm tall and weighs 66kg now. No medical history. I am 34 weeks pregnant. I am feeling unwell from head to toe... i cant sleep at night. merely 2 - 3 hours only every night. sharp pain on my lower pelvic area and my back ache is killling me. I started vomitting everyday since 2 days ago and it seems like I am in my first trimester. my legs are so painful when I walk. There are sharp pains around my bump area but I can derive to a specific point where the pain comes from. I will jerk hard when it strikes. I drive a total of 50km daily to work (to and fro). All these are no longer bearable now. I am now 67kg (compared to only 50kg before pregnancy). In summary, I am too heavy, tired and weak to move an inch. Can the gynae issue me with a hospitalisation leave so that I can have more rest at home before the Big Day? Thank you
