Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
hi,

thank you for providing the brief history of you.

A thorough musculoskeletal assessment is advised.

As post menopause there are changes in the hormones which make the changes in the metabolism and lead to fatigue of muscles.

Also with urine infection the pain is a common symptom in the lower back due to inflammation of the muscles.

Kindly undergo physical therapy to get the back pain treatment. Therapeutic ultrasound therapy and TENS therapy will help reduce the pain. Later stages you will be taught to perform exercises to strengthen the muscles of the spine, abdomen, lower back, pelvic floor etc.

Also anatomically lumbar spine of female is having more mobility and any infection in an around the area will trigger the pain and aches.

Undergoing physcial therapy will help.
