What Causes Peeling White Skin Layer Inside The Mouth?

Hey Doc, since I don t know your name, thanks for taking the time to help me with assistance. Okay, here s the problem, when I wake up in the morning I always have white, peeling-like skin in the insides of my mouth, particularly around the cheek. What is it? Is it a normal cycle of some sort of saliva build up? Is it bad? It usually just bite it off with my teeth, and just eat it, but now I spit it out. Oh, and How do I get rid of it? (Unless just biting it off like I normally do would be fine.)
