What Causes Pea Sized Structure On Top Of Epididymis?
Hello. I found a pea sized structure on top my right epididymis. I read that it is normally a cyst that does not require treatment. I dont have pain or discomfort and had it for 7 months now. Im 42 years old. I think its a spermatocele (googled it). Just leave it? Guess its not cancer? Thanks. Jeroen

Very true, this appears to be a cyst of epididymis and needs no active treatment unless there are symptoms or it increases in size.It is better to have one examination by an Urologist and an ultrasound to confirm the expected diagnosis and rule out the fear of cancer ( you are 42 anyway).
