What Causes Patch Of Dry Skin On Penis After Masturbation?

Hello! For a while I've been using conditioner to masterbate while in the shower. A few months ago I noticed a patch of dry skin that peels off on the left side of my penis (I'm circumcised just so you know). It doesn't hurt at all but itches sometimes. I went a week or two without masterbating and it seemed to go away but came back recently. I've never had sex so can it actually be an STD? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely fungal infection or dryness. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area. Instead use warm water or saline. You can also use hypoallergic soaps like cetaphil. For fungal infection and dryness if you were my patient then i would recommend ointments with combination of antifungal agent like miconazole and corticosteroid flucinolone for local application.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
