What Causes Partial Numbness In Toe?

The side of the outside of my right big toe is numb, it s been like this for a long time, any idea what s causing this. Maybe a pinched nerve, or something. I lift weights 5 days a week and I have no back pain other than what is expected. I also have been noticing my calf muscles twitch nonstop on both legs.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be some local problem (Peripheral nerve compression) if you do not have any sign or symptoms of any systemic disease, just wait for some time if it does not come around then this may need clinical examination and some investigations, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
