What Causes Parenchymal Disease After Treated TB?

my son is 7 years old and he was dignosed with TB one year before. on 10.8.2011 his medicined were stopped and sonography was done some parachymal disease were found. what is cause of it,and how can it be treated please guide us in this. we have already conducted haemogram, copper test and blood test for immunity.

No need to worry if your son is asymptomatic and clinically improving after treatment.
Actually these current parenchymal lesions are fibrotic, scar lesions.
Tuberculosis in lungs heals by any of the following mechanism.
1. Fibrosis (most common)
2. Calcification
3. Rarely Complete resolution.
Since he has completed 1 year of treatment, fibrotic lesions are likely to develop as a healing process.
So these parenchymal marks are nothing but healed fibrotic scars.
So if he is asymptomatic then no need to worry.
