after eating and feeling full, within 5 minutes time I feel like I haven t eaten all day. I get light headed and a bit shaky. Almost to the point of panic attacks because it takes a while for the feeling to go away. I don t eat a lot of sugary things. Cheerios, toast, milk, bananas, almonds usually start my day. Any clue what this could be? I do have a doctors appt. on Tuesday.
