What Causes Panic Attacks With Twitching & Muscle Spams Suggest?

Hello, I recently have been having panic attacks about 2 month ago. I have has an EKG, blood work, Echto Cardiogram, eveything checked out normally. I have not gotten over the anxiety attacks, however I still get twitching and spams in muscles where it seems my heart is. Is this normal? Just anxiety? please let me know @ YYYY@YYYY

I can understand your concern.
No this is not normal.
In my opinion, you should get done serum calcium level because hypocalcemia can also cause similar kind of muscle twitches.
If calcium level is low then you will need supplements.
Proper management of stress and anxiety is also important.
So consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on it's solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, with counselling and drugs, your anxiety, panic attacks and muscular twitches will reduce.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
