Hi, I have been very stressed recently; I have had panic attacks, knotted feeling in my stomach, loss of apetite, poor sleep. I noticed a bruise on my right arm a couple of days ago, and now this morning two slightly smaller ones on my left arm.

I understand your concern.
The lesions you have are called purpura. It is a minor bleeding into the skin . When you have this symptom, it is good to get a platelets count and coagulation parameters once to make sure they are normal.
It is found in an innocuous form in people who have panic and stress related disorders.
