Hi I am 21 years old and have been experiencing heart palpations along with a very fast heart rate, dizzy speeds where I feel like I an going to pass out and very short of breath with any activity even cleaning house like dusting. I have gone to a cardiologist and they have done testing and state I have a redundant valve in the lower chamber. They have also done labs and my cardiac levels are elevated. They are just telling me that they want to watch it and think the shortness of breath and dizziness shouldn t be coming from this valve. My shortness of breath has gotten worse and the dizzy spells are up to about 4 times a week now. I m not sure what to do, thinking maybe I need to get a second opinion?
