hi, I'm 43 years old female who had palpitations last week for the first time when i was laying down at night. next day checked my BP level was high than normal .. 144 - 86 .. it happened after a very long tiring day .. whole of last week we were on a vacation ..driving 1000 miles .. climbed peaks n sand dunes .. only while climbing stairs i had palpitations again otherwise it was ok .. does this need urgent check up with specialist or is it ok for women my age.
