Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello and thank you for asking on HCM!

The symptoms you prescribed do correlate with an over dosage of the levothyroxine, but is must be confirmed with laboratory analysis.

Hope you can find in Africa a hormonal laboratory and check: TSH, Ft4 and FT3 level.

You can report us the result and than we can tell you what to do with the levothyroxine dose.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries and looking forward to have the hormonal results.

Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
