I am a 42 year female working as a high school teacher. There is a frequent palpitation of my right eyelid for the last one week.I reduced my computer work and TV , I took rest and slept well over the last three days. Still the problem is recurring and is quite embarrasing during my lecture. I have not able to pin point on what is the cause for this. What should I do ? Is it something serious to be investigated.
Hi mam, This is nothing serious to have eye lid palpitation or twitching. Usually over strain, over tiredness or anxiety precipitates this. Just ignore it and convince yourself that it is not a disease, hope you will be alright.
