What Causes Pale Stool In Child?
My 3 and a half year old daughter has been producing pale coloured poop for about a month now. It s not runny or anything and she poops a very regular good amount generally once a day. In the last 7 months she has had 7 courses of antibiotics along with inhalers, drops etc for upper respiratory infections. She is generally well and happy now, though complains that she is too tired to walk upstairs sometimes. She s not great for eating fruit and veg, but good eater otherwise. Wondering what might the reason be for the pale poop?

I really appreciate your concern, if she has been given antibiotic in last couple of weeks then such frequency of stool and color is very likely, because antibiotic could disturbs the intestine flora, and this may take few days for repair and condition is nothing to worry, no need for medicines, hope this information helps, take care.
