What Causes Painfully Bruised And Swollen Foot?

I hit the top of my foot this week and it s bruised and was swollen now it is not painful. I am putting Witch Hazel on it for the bruise to come back to color. I called my foot doctor and he has not returned my call just for him to look at it. Witch Hazel does not burn. I don t want to go to the ER. Don t want the bill.

Use betadin ointment locally it will not burn and speedy recovery if pain you can take paracetamol or brufen.
