Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are lots of causes for painful urination. Most common being urinary tract infection where you will get fever, stomach pain, and malaise. Other can be renal calculus or stone. Urethral stones are more painful than kidney stones. I would suggest you do complete urine test and consult urologist to find out the cause for your painful urination. Meanwhile, drink lots of water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prashant Gohil
