What Causes Painful Urination?

Hi, the last 2 mornings I have had pain when urinating - at end, also with pale blood. I am peri menopausal and have not had a period for 9mths now. Both days after I d start drinking and moving about both seemed to stop. How can I be sure the if the spitting is from urethra or vagina?

Hi, I think you should go for a pelvic examination by a gynecologist. Get your urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture. You can be having some urine infections. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol. You may need some antibiotics.
