General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Symptoms described above could be due to UTI, stone in urinary tract, prostate problem. I would suggest to consult urologist and undergo complete examination, blood tests like CBC, ESR, PSA, urine routine, microscopic, culture and sensitivity test, USG scan if needed.

Following treatment will help you:

- Antibiotic according to culture and sensitivity report Tablet pyridiumSyrup cital. Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple. Do not delay in empty bladder and empty it completely. Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.

- For prostate : drugs like tamsulosin will help you. Iburufen will use to reduce inflammation. Other specific treatment depend on cause and tests result. Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
