What Causes Painful Urination?
I m five days late. I experience some cramps whenever i finish urinating, i frequently go to the bathroom, and i don t know if my nipples are darken or it s normal. My breast? I don t know if they are swollen or tender to touch. But they are not sore. And now this morning i had a small white mens or what do you call it. But i don t experience nausea, headaches, and backaches. I experience backaches when my period is coming. My period sometimes comes on 27 every month or 30-31 every month. Please help me?

Your symptoms can be part of an early pregnancy but it is specific to a pregnancy alone. It may also occur in hormonal imbalances in addition a urinary tract infection.
I recommend :
-a home pregnancy test. If negative wait for 10 more days. If still no period, take another pregnancy test and see your OBGYN with the results even if negative.
-an ultrasound of the abdomen to check for functional ovarian cysts. These usually resolve without any treatment in 2-3months.
Occasionally they may need medications if it persists or is bigger than 5-6cms.
-blood tests - to check for hormone levels (TSH, reproductive hormones). This may be necessary if this keeps happening frequently.
Based on the above, a treatment plan will be initiated.
