Hello and thank you for the question!
Possible causes of the painful urination are:
1.Obstructive uropathy, which is a condition in which your urine flow reverses direction. Instead of flowing from the kidneys to the bladder, the urine “refluxes” back into the kidneys.
2.Kidney stones, or renal calculi, are solid masses made of crystals. Kidney stones originate in your kidneys, but can be found at any point in your urinary tract.
3.Urinary tract infection, which consists of the kidneys, ureters (which connect the kidneys and the bladder), bladder, and urethra.
4.Urethral stricture,Urethral stricture occurs specifically in the urethra and especially in men.Other causes are:Vulvovaginitis,Gonorrhea,Pelvic Inflammatory disease etc.Women and girls are more likely to develop urinary tract infections than men or boys. This is because the urethra is shorter in women than it is in men, and bacteria are more likely to live in a shorter urethra.I would advice you to consut your doctor and he will prescribe medication to treat painful urination.
Best regards!
