What Causes Painful Urination?

Hi, why do I get sharp pain when Im peeing. Right where your pee comes out of, that is the part. It just started hurting when I was uraniting today, I felt a sharp pain there, and it stings sorta at 1 point. Am I fine? This happened a few years back also. This is the 3rd time in my whole life.

Hello and thank you for the question!
First of all the painful urination is very common. The pain or burning, can indicate a number of medical conditions which you need to rule out.
Burning sensation with urination can be caused by infectious and noninfectious conditions, but it is most commonly due to bacterial infection of the urinary tract affecting the bladder.First i would reccomend you to take an URINE EXAM, for culture and sensitivity. After that you can do urinar tract ultrasound to see if there is any present of Stones, which may cause the symptoms you have.
Best regards!
