What Causes Painful Urination While On Tamsulosin?

Hi I have been taking Pamsvax XL 400 microgram capsules mnf by Actavis capsules, on presciption. I am now taking Faramsil Tamsulosin 400Mcg by SANDOZ. Since taking the SANDOZ tablets for 10 days passing urine seems a little more difficult. Im not retraining. Can that be because of the difference brands of tablets?

Dear tamsulocin used for prostatic hyperplasia there is no much association of this drug with painful urination. It can cause retrograde ejaculation and erection problems. You may having urinary tract infection that may cause above problems. Please get it done of urine examination it shows the cause for it.
