What Causes Painful Urination And Blood In Urine?
Hi i am married male i have only one child and after that child i have had no more children and when i went to doctors the doctors said my sperm count was 0 and know my left testical some times gets trapped and it is very painfull also since last 6 months i have been to tiolet and while i am peeing my penis hurts and on 2 occasions i have had 1 blood clot from my penis and a lit of blood even after weeing i have wiped my penis with a tissue and it has had blood on it what do you think it is.

see it could be two things
1. obstructive azoospermia
2. stones
stones may some times lead to infection and injury in urinary passage ,may block it also leading to passage of blood clots and pain while passing urine
zero sperm counts needs furthur evaluation to find the cause ,u must go for USG scrotum to find the cause
