What Causes Painful Urination Along With Clear Vaginal Discharge?

I ve recieved oral sex unprotected from a few partners and for some time have been experiencing painful urination, clear discharge, itchiness in the tip, and and I have these 3 super small painless almost pimple pink colored type things right under the head of my penis. And I was sexually active with two partners in which I engaged in vaginal unprotected sex.

Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Painful urination associated with clear discharge and small painless pimples under the head of your penis are indicative for uro-genital infection.

I highly advise to:
- run urine analysis and culture and sensitivity testing
- culture the discharge
- avoid sexual intercourse
- keep a good genital hygiene

Depending on the tests results, appropriate antibiotic will be prescribed. Meanwhile, you should:
- increase water intake
- take mephenamic acid for the pain
- take cranberry/uva-ursi tea
