Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you had some infection in the belly button. When you put hydrogen peroxide, there might be some chemical irritation, and the sore due to infection.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, and diclofenac sodium.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
