What Causes Painful Swelling In The Labia And Yellowish Vaginal Discharge?
I m trying to figure out what might be wrong. I have swollen labia and it hurts to touch, but my vagina itself isn t painful at all. Urinating isn t painful, but wiping is because it involves toilet paper touching my labia. I m also having yellow discharge and there s a rather unpleasant smell.

This is possible bacterial vaginosis or Bartholini cyst and it should be treated with antibiotic vaginal tablets or surgical incision and drainage. So you should see gynecologist and do STD tests as well.
