What Causes Painful Swelling In Knees And Hands?

Hi. Ive started having trouble with my knees and my hands. My knees and hands have started swelling and hurting, and the pain in my knees is worse when i walk. its more in my right knee then in my left, and its even in my hands. The swelling n my hands tends to be around my knuckles and causes a great deal of pain and I cannot grip anything. My knees are a constant pain, but it seems to get worse when I bend them or stand for too long. ive had blood work and xrays and the doctors cant find anything. it started about two weeks ago and seemed to come on over night. I was fine on a Wednesday night when I went to bed and was in horrible pain the next morning. I am a 22 year old male, no major medical history or any other injuries that could have caused this. I do walk a lot with my job as I do security. But I have never had any kind of issue like this before in the past.
