7 days ago I had light red bumps and soreness occur under the head of my penis. the bumps are sore but don t itch, and no pus or blood is coming out of the sores. I am 34 years of age and have had 3 sexual partners in my life. I have tried putting a steroid cream to treat everyday with no change, I read somewhere that it may be fungal and the recommendation was hydrocortisone cream this hasn t helped. Just today I started putting Bacitracin on the area in hopes that it may be an infection. I remember that I had a close call with a razor while shaving a day or two before the bumps occurred. While grooming I may have cut my penis with a blade while but I brushed it off because I didn t see a mark or bleeding. I have attached pictures in hopes to find an answer.
