ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi

Welcome in HCM.

I understand your concern and as described your symptoms and features of lump under your tongue it appear as you are having any of these-

1- Ranula.

2- Ectopic salivary gland cyst.

3- Sub-mandibular sialoadenitis due to blockade of punctum.

To confirm the diagnosis a thorough examination and necessary investigations are must, this may be possible by hands of your ENT doctor.

Thanks for consulting HCM.
