What Causes Painful Rashes Around Anus/perineum When Having Vulvar Lichen Sclerosus?

I have vulvar lichen sclerosus and IBS. Lately, I've been having intense itching and bleeding in perineum and around anus. This evening, I roof took a look down there to see what was going on. My perineum is solid white on the outside, ripped down the middle with a small amount of yellow discharge. Around my anus is a dark red, almost purple rash. I have been having constant diarrhea for over a day, and it burns, and causes very bad pain all around my anus. I also noticed a blue, black shiny bump toward the to of my anal region. What are these things and what can I do about them?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern this could be a skin infection the chances of fungal infection is likely, if I would be your doctor then I would treat this condition with the following medicines,
1) Miconazole oint.
2) Tab Azithromycin 500 mg once in day for three days
3) Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day
if this fails to response then clinical condition is must, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
