What Causes Painful Pimple On The Inside Lining Of The Anal Canal?
i have a painful growth on the lining inside of my anus. its always painful whenever i use the bathroom and its very hard to at al bc in order to get anything out my stool has to make it past this thing first. this growth comes and goes, i guess, you could say. it swells at odd times which is when it becomes painful so painful its hard to walk. its never a sore of any sorts nor does it ever come to a head like a pimple. if touched it feels like a hard piece of cartilige under the skin. at first it looked like a skin polip but ive had the gardisil shot for HPV so i know it cant be that however the odd thing is it mostly happens whenever i have sex with my boyfriend. please tell me your thoughts!!!

1. since there are many conditions which may affect the anal canal, but these conditions present with either pain, bleeding or feeling a lump around the anus.
2. As the anal canal is easily approachable thus early diagnosis is possible through rectal examination and biopsy, and since there is history of SEX with boyfriend thus one should exclude anal cancer since anal sex is a risk factor for the same.
3. Other conditions which has to be excluded is/are: hemorrhoids, anal abscess, perianal hematoma, anal fissure,fistula-in-ano
