What Causes Painful Pimple On Buttocks Area?

I have a very painful believed to be pimple on my butt crack about mid cheek. I am a bigger girl & not able to see it without a mirror & its still pretty hard to see. It feels like its ready to pop, and I can feel the pus in it. But when I squeeze, nothing happens. How can i help this process along? I can barely walk & cannot sitt at all, have to lie down. I need this thing GONE. It hurts VERY BAD! I d rather be in labor... thank you

Thanks for the query.
Folliculitis is a bacterial infections.
Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.
Please meet a dermatologist and request to do culture and sensitivity test on pus obtained from the lesion for exact diagnosis.
Once the exact bacteria is known, specific treatment can be given.
Improper use of antibiotic can lead to resistance.
