General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Most cases of hormonal contraception would normally cause a decrease in symptoms associated with a period but persons react differently to medication.

Paracetamol can be used to help with the headaches.
Peptobismol would help with the nausea and diarrhea. You should hold solid food till there is a 4 hour window with no symptoms.

Since you do not seem to respond well to this contraceptive, it would be best to speak to your doctor about getting an alternative.

I hope this helps
