What Causes Painful Periods After Unprotected Intercourse?

Hi, My name is Abby. I m 18. I have been having unprotected sex for a little over 2 years now and I never got pregnant, I think. I took a pregnancy test a couple months into having unprotected sex and one line came out thick and the other was very faint so i think it meant it was negative. So, ever since I was 12 I ve been having extremely painful and heavy periods and it causes me to not eat, drink nor want to move. I would have to stay home from school or work every day of my period because it was painful and I would bleed so much. Also, with my periods, I get excessive amounts of blood clots which I assume are just normal. But, its been two years and I haven t gotten pregnant. Could I have had a miscarriage at all? I ve never been pregnant before so I don t know if I could ever tell. Please! Help me!

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Painful profuse bleeding in fertile life mostly can be due to miscarraige... which can be excluded by internal examination by a gynecologist/usg scanning./pregnancy test by using .blood free urine)
When it's not the case... the cause can be Hormonal imbalance/ovarian problem/pcod/fibroid uterus ... needs to ne evaluated by consultation of a gynecologist& needful investigations(specilly in cases like you having a long standing problem of the complaint).
Take rest /get pregnancy excluded first.
Hot bag /sleeping on abdomen will reduce pain.Over the counter Meftal spas will help..&reduce the symptoms,so that you can approach gynecologist.
