I have a small dark (black/very dark purple and red in surrounding areas) pea sized lump my right side opening to my buttocks. I had pain there round the area last week and the pain has gone away however yesterday after a bowel movement I felt the small pea sized lump in the location mentioned above. Today the lump has sort of moved slightly back, not to far from where it was yesterday. There is no pain from it currently. Its not a very hard lump but somewhat squishy to hard-ish, if that makes sense. I m 22 and male. I have suffered from constipation when I was younger and on and off over the past 15 years. Not sure if that s relevant but thought i d mention it. Sort of worried about this.
