What Causes Painful Itching Anus And Bleeding Bump Around Anal Area?

One week ago I was very sick and was coughing, sneezing, had diarrhea one minute and was constipated the next. So I as on the toilet a lot. All of a sudden my anus started itching and the next day it was burning/stinging. When I took a shower and went to clean that area I noticed a bump. At first when I looked the bumo was just flesh colored. The next day there was a darker spot on the bump. Couldn t really tell the exact color because it s hard to see that are. Anyway, it s been a week and the bumo has shrunk in size a little and the pain isn t as bad. The bump is right at the opening of the anus. What is it? It doesn t necessarily hurt during bowel move tsn but can be sometimes. Oh and there was bright red blood sometimes when I wiped.
