Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Why does my shoulder pop and grind every time I perform a pushing motion. Accompanied by shooting pain in the joint itself as well as significant weakness compared to the other shoulder when performing an activity such as bench press. Or is it at least a concern I should have?
Hello. Thanks for wriiting to HCM. I read and understand your question very well. I try my level best to solve it.
As you are saying that you feel clicking with shooting pain while doing pressing activity. This is due to over streching of your shoulder joint , also due to bursitis of joint or it may due to damage to joint. Use hot water for local pain relief. Also take tab Voveron for pain. If your symptom persist than consult a good orthopedic surgeon.
I hope my advice will help you a lot. Thanks and Reagards. Dr Vijay
