What Causes Painful Bruised Feeling In Throat?

The right side of my throat hurts really badly. not like strep or a cold but it feels like someone punched me in the throat and now its all bruised feeling. when i talk loud or tilt my head up or lightly touch the front of my neck it hurts reallllly badly.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have pharyngitis or some upper respiratory tract infection. You should go for a course of antibiotics like azithromycin, amoxiclav or levofloxacin. Take antihistaminics like diominic DCA for symptomatic releif. These all are prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
