What Causes Painful Bruise On The Lower Right Abdomen?
As I was getting dressed I noticed a very large bruise on my right lower flank. Just above my right leg joint and about 12 inches right of my naval. I don t recall hitting anything and it is not painful to the touch. I do recall waking up with what I assumed to be sciatic pain in my R hip and leg area. I took 500 mg. of Bayer Asprin for that pain. I have checked my blood pressure 2x and both times it was low. 100/70. My blood pressure is usually normal. I take Amlodipine 2.5 mg

A very large bruise at the right side of the abdomen can be due to bleeding internally, or bleeding from the subcutaneous tissue.
Low blood pressure also supports internal bleeding
The cause has to be investigated.
Whatever is the cause, it is an Emergency situation, and you are not supposed to neglect. Please go to Urgent care
