Hi,I am 32 yr female.I am 7 wk pregnant.I had a miscarriage in 5th wk 2yrs back.this time I had v mild backache.I have been advised hcg inj and progesterone vaginal suppositories.I took 200mg susten supp for 4 days then reduced it to 100 for 4 days and then stopped it.I hav taken 3 hag injections till now and aim onbedrest.I don t have pain but my bowel movements are painful.in last 4 days I have had very light brownish vaginal discharge few drops twice.I am v worried. My per abdomen usg is showing IUP with crl 6 mm and GSD 16 mm.no bleeds.since there are so many adverse effects of hcg and progesterone aim a bit worried to use them.my B HCG and Serum Progesterone levels in 6th wk were normal within the range and rate of rise of hcg was good. Kindly advise.
