What Causes Painful Blisters At The Sides Of Fingers?

Hello Doctor, I have had a history of eczema. Three days back, I started developing small painful blisters (small white boils) on the sides of my fingers (not the palms). My dermatologist has prescribed Enzocort 30 mg for 10 days, Averzine for itching (once a day) and refzil twice daily. He has also asked me to use HH Fudic cream for 10 days. I just wanted to verify that I am on the right medication.

Hi,

These painful blisters are also a type of hand eczema called Pompholyx. The medicines prescribed to you are fine. You can continue with them.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney
