Hello
As far as known to in this area "BALTOD " is known as frunculosis or ingrown hairs infection, causes may be :
1 Diabetes ( not necessary in young persons ), in spite of this get in blood sugar examination for confirmation.
2 Streptococcal infection i.e. resistant infection.
3 Unhygienic care ,some times I have noted that due to improper skin care there develop infection the hairs root .
So take bath with anti bacterial soap .
Get in blood examination for culture and drug sensitivity test for proper antibiotics.
Also get in stool examination as sometimes worm infection also produces recurrent baltod.
So consult a dermatologist and get his opinion.
Good luck.
