What Causes Painful And Heavy Period?
I have a delayed periods..with heavy clots and heavy bleeding..abt 10 days delayed..consulted a gyno and she has prescribed Sylate m 500 to stop bleeding and pain, upon which I need to get a pelvic scan done to kbow the cause.. even after 2 doses of sylate M the bleeding is not under control..please let me know what can be the issue

delayed period followedby painful and heavy period can be due to anovulation.,pcod,overweightetc...not to worry..u can visit your gynec to takeocp to regularize your period
